Article 1: Delivery Areas
Calvara.design.co.uk delivers exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Article 2: Delivery Times
The estimated total delivery time is 12 to 18 working days after order confirmation. Items are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, then delivered within 10 to 15 working days. These timeframes include preparation, dispatch, and transit from our international logistics centres.
If this timeframe is exceeded, you may request cancellation of your order and receive a full refund in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 3: Delivery Costs
Delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Article 4: Dispatch and Product Origin
Products sold on Calvara.design.co.uk are dispatched directly from our partner suppliers located outside the United Kingdom, including from China. Depending on the items ordered, multiple parcels may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates. This is normal and does not mean any part of your order is missing.
Prices displayed on Calvara.design.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling. VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Article 5: Order Tracking
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel with the relevant carrier.
Article 6: Receipt of Products
You are required to check the condition of your parcel upon receipt. If you notice any issue (damaged product, missing item, incorrect parcel), please contact our customer service team at support.calvaradesign@gmail.com as soon as possible, stating your order number and attaching photos of the problem.
These steps do not affect the application of statutory guarantees under French consumer law, including the statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 7: Delay, Loss, or Non-Delivery
In the event of a delivery delay or non-receipt of your parcel within the stated timeframes, please contact us at support.calvaradesign@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. Calvara.design.co.uk undertakes to open an investigation with the carrier and to propose an appropriate solution (reshipment or full refund).
Article 8: Liability
Calvara.design.co.uk remains responsible for the proper execution of delivery until the parcel has been effectively handed over to the customer, in accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code.
