Orders

How do I place an order?

Select the products you want, add them to your basket, then follow the checkout steps. A confirmation email is sent automatically once your order is validated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled. Contact our team as soon as possible.


Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom.

What are the delivery times?

The estimated total delivery time is 6 to 8 working days after order confirmation, including 1 to 2 working days for preparation and 5 to 6 working days for transit. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Which carrier do you use?

Deliveries are handled by our international logistics partners. The carrier may vary depending on parcel weight, quantity of items and product availability.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom.

How do I track my order?

A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Why did I receive multiple parcels?

Some orders are dispatched from multiple partner warehouses. Items may arrive separately on different dates. This is completely normal and does not mean any part of your order is missing.


Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

How do I make a return?

All returns must be requested in advance via our customer service team. We will provide you with the procedure and return address. Returns sent without prior agreement cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.

What if my product is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

How long does a refund take?

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of return validation.
